Scolab is a creative and effervescent educational technology laboratory
based in the lovely multicultural city of Montreal, Canada.
We make online interactive math books for kids, with a focus on making
Plant really stood out though because the support was just SO GOOD.
Plant is straightforward to use, and you aren't likely to make mistakes
while using it and I've gotten the best customer support I've ever had from a
software company. When we reported pain points, the fixes were always delivered quickly.
We don't really worry about losing our work anymore, or having the latest version and it
definitely took a lot of the stress out of the process.
We had all of our Sketch Files on Google Drive and when we tried to bring
other people into the same projects, we went through auto-sync-hell and were
losing a lot of work. It wasn't sustainable. We tried Abstract, Kactus and others
and their merging wasn't very transparent their support was too slow to meet our
needs, compared to Plant
